Courier
All orders are shipped via LBC Express for reliable and secure delivery.

Payment Terms
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders below ₱10,000.
• For orders ₱10,000 and above, we require a 50% down payment (DP) prior to shipping.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are shouldered by the customer and are based on LBC’s standard rates.

Delivery Timeframe
• Luzon: Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days
• Visayas & Mindanao: Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days

Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier issues.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7–14 days (you can choose) of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at tipunoxph@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We will respond with instructions and a return shipping address.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or exchange.
  Refunds
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

• We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size/color, if available.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
